  Students can get various discounts at AO. All you have to do is log in to either your UNiDAYS, or Student beans account and copy and paste the code at the AO checkout.

  Does AO have NHS discount?

  Yes, offers and discounts are available to NHS staff and all Blue Light Card holders. They can be redeemed through the Blue Light Card website.

  How much is delivery at AO?

  The cheapest delivery at AO is £4.00 with the ability to choose a delivery day, but the price would increase depending on the type of delivery that you choose.

  Does AO have free delivery?

  Yes, you can get free delivery at AO, if you sign up to AO Five Star Membership Program. All you do is make a one off payment of £39.99 and you’ll get unlimited free delivery, for a whole year.

  Does AO have next day delivery?

  Yes, you can get next day delivery on certain items but for an additional cost. Items will be delivered between 7am and 7pm.

  Does AO provide same day delivery?

  No, AO does not currently provide same day delivery.

  Can you click & collect at AO?

  Yes, AO provides a click & collect option with Collect+. Choose from over 7,000 stores. When your item has been delivered you will have 10 days to collect it.

  What is the AO returns policy?

  You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery or collection. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.

  Does AO have free returns?

  Yes, AO offers free returns on smaller items that can be taken to drop off locations. If you would like to return a larger item, a collection charge will apply at a rate of £24.99 for small items, and £49.99 for large items.
